We made a music video / after movie / tour report from the footage we shot on our
Latin American tour. And we will go to South-West Europe in June and play a
bunch of festivals this summer.
Latin European Tour
We have added a new chapter to the ENGAGE tour: South-West Europe AKA Latin
Europa. It’s the first time we’re going there with our new album. Looking
forward to it a lot, it’s been a while since we did a run like this, and there’s
some very promising shows in there!
What to expect when Antillectual comes on tour? The video tour report of our
Latin American tour with Satanic Surfers will tell you! AKA: the new music video
for One Size Fits All from our latest release ENGAGE! Get a peek of the amazing
time we had in Latin America; on and off stage!
Merch
Now you can pay by card (credit/debit/etc) when you buy merch at shows! Of
course you can also get our merch through our web store. We still have
some leftover items from our Latin American tour. Very limited edition; old and
new designs, selected sizes. For the first time we have ENGAGE available on
cassette tape!
ENGAGE tour continues
Our program for the rest of the summer is taking shape quite nicely as well,
we’re playing LOTS of cool festivals. See you out there!
As of now Loud Noise is taking care of our European bookings (Germany excluded)
and we are working on a lot of fun things (tours, shows, festivals) for the rest
of the year. Again, see you out there!
That’s it for now. In our next newsletter we’ll have new tours and festivals for you, promise! And who knows what else …
Thanks for reading, stay in touch!
Finally we can present you music from our new album “ENGAGE!”. And as a bonus you can now pre-order our new album!
“Racist Rash” is the first single from “ENGAGE!” and it seems like a good first representation since there’s quite a few faster songs on the album. The song clearly deals with the racism that is still omnipresent in our culture, sports, traditions, policies, etc. The song clearly deals with the racism that is still omnipresent in our culture, sports, traditions, policies, etc. These days a Dutch celebrity (Sylvana Simons) gets heavily attacked because of her skin color and her anti-racist criticism. These days a “normal” European country like Austria might elect an extreme right President. Racism is not an opinion or an ideology, it’s a crime to be convicted or a disease to be cured at best.
The video was shot (at the famous “Onderbroek”), directed and edited by Harko Wubs, a political film and documentary director and producer, who is active in the field of migration, refugee and border issues.
Pre-order “ENGAGE!”
As of today you can pre-order our new album. We created some fun bundles for you:
The “artwork flag” is a 1x1m full color bisonyl flag with the album artwork printed on it.

A tasty beer based on the Netherlands’ best and most organic beer, Germany’s most energizing soft drink and nature’s best remedy to vocal troubles. Proceeds will go to Viva Con Agua, an organization from St Pauli in Hamburg improving drinking water supply in developing countries. The stock is like a beer in your hand: while supplies last.
You can also pre-order the album on iTunes and Amazon.
All pre-order bundles include:

Yesterday we sent out our notorious newsletter. It was the first one after deleting a lot of – what appeared to be – inactive email addresses. In case you didn’t receive one even though you subscribed in the past, apologies for that. But if you make sure to subscribe again, we will forward you the latest edition. In case you didn’t subscribe yet at all: do it to get the latest news first and we will send you the latest newsletter as well!
While it may seem that we are laying low (our last tour was in December) we are actually planning more than ever: tours, releases and new recordings!
Fest 11 + USA Tour
Re-releases “Start From Scratch!” and “Testimony”
Pre-production recordings and EP
New zippers and shirts
Fest 11 + USA Tour
Can we get a drum roll please? The biggest and best news by far is the tour that we have planned for October and November. After 4 years of absence, we will finally return on American soil. We have been confirmed to play the almighty Fest 11 in Gainesville, and we will be touring the USA on our way down to Fest. Details to be confirmed.
Re-releases “Start From Scratch!” and “Testimony”
Since all LPs of “Start From Scratch!” and all CDs and LPs of “Testimony” are out of stock, we decided to run a second pressing of both albums together with our friends at Shield Recordings. The 350 gatefold LPs of “Start From Scratch!” will be “seein’ red” and “Testimony” will see a reincarnation of 250 LPs in the “grey area”. The 500 “Testimony” CDs will be a jewel case edition.
Pre-production recordings and EP
Having written half a new album already, we decided to book some studio dates. In May we will record these songs to prepare ourselves for the recordings of our fourth full length album next winter. 2 of those new songs will end up on an EP which will be released later this year. Details to be confirmed.
New zippers and shirts
No re-release here! Freshly designed zipped hoodies and T-shirts! Stay up to date and support us by ordering a shirt, zipper, a repressed album or a nice package of shirt+album.
Shirts have the King Kong print on the front. A limited amount of these shirts, with a red and black print on white, will be sold by Fairtrademerch at this year’s Groezrock Festival. Speaking of Groezrock: make sure to stop by Shield Recordings and No Reason Records on the market, and treat yourself to one of Mom’s Veggie Burgers.
