On this day in 2008 we played Jera On Air for the first time! The festival was still located next to their jeugdraad homebase in the center of Ysselsteyn and held on the weekend of Ascension Day. In 2008 they already had an amazing lineup and we’re excited to have played great editions after in 2012, 2014 and their 25y anniversary in 2017! Can’t believe it’s been almost 10y since the last one…

Fun fact: Jera On Air’s name actually comes from its youth council background: JEugdRAad(!)

Willem and Thijs from Jera wrote the Jera On Air Anthem and recorded it with bands like Call It Off, No Turning Back, Undeclinable Ambuscade, For I Am King and many others. We never got to play it live, it’s about time we do, right?!
